Yannick is a restaurateur and veteran in wine and hospitality Industry with over twenty-five years experience. He is a proud New Yorker born into a family of French restaurateurs. He knew that hospitality was his calling from a young age. Yannick worked at The University Club, Le Cirque, Oceana, Jean Georges, Atlas, Felidia, and Atelier at the Ritz-Carlton. In 2003, a car accident left Benjamin paralyzed below the waist and he quickly adapted, outfitting his wheelchair with a table that allows him to work the floor as a sommelier. Now Yannick looks at the world through another lens and one that includes a world without limitations. The level of empathy that Yannick brings to the table is like no other and shines through his work. His experience gives him a creative edge like no other. He offers a unique vision and one that elevates the hospitality industry to where it needs to be. Yannick’s restaurant “Contento” is a barrier free restaurant and accessible to all, both guests and employees. His non-profit “Wine on Wheels” enhances the quality of life for people living with disabilities. His annual wine event is where his passion for hospitality and awareness for people with disabilities come together. At this event hundreds of esteemed sommeliers come together to pour over 200 wines from around the world for the charity. Yannick’s tireless work and innovative vision brings awareness and visibility to seldom-heard voices in the wine industry.

Heidi is a native New Yorker who has worked for top chefs throughout the U.S. and has been recognized for her work nationally. She has directed the wine and beverage programs for the renowned Gotham Bar and Grill in New York City for five years. Prior to running the programs for Alfred Portale’s 3-Stared institution, she served as Corporate Beverage Director for Chef David Burke properties. In addition, Heidi has created programs for Miami’s hotspot “Three” and No.3 Social in Wynwood. Here she worked for Chef Norman Van Aken and created programs for the restaurant, and rooftop bar. Her most recent work was at the “Wine Spectator’s” private club “WS” in New York City. Here she was on the opening team and assisted with the launching of the club. Heidi consults for many NYC restaurants and has build the cocktail program for the new hot spot in Harlem “Contento”.
